Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline

All Tapsy standees are custom-made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 48–72 hours of payment confirmation and order verification. For bulk orders (5+), allow an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
• ₹99 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹999

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post, depending on your location and order weight. The best available partner is automatically selected at the time of dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/email. You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status in real time.

6. Shipping to India Only

Currently, we ship exclusively within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempts. After that, the package is returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

8. Packaging

All standees are carefully packed in padded, protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
