Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom Products
All Tapsy NFC and QR standees are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue

3. Incorrect Order
If you receive a product that does not match your order specifications (wrong product, wrong customisation), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will remake and reship the correct product at our expense.
4. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After customisation has begun, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For UPI/card payments, the refund will reflect as per your bank's processing timelines.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after production has started
- Incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong links, incorrect names)
- Minor colour variations due to printing processes
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
